We spent the weekend here with 5 families (total of 30 people) and there was plenty of room. Very spacious and clean. The game room and theatre room were a hit with all the kids. We would definitely stay here again. Victor was a pleasure to work with as well!

We decided to do something different this year and we all got together under one roof for the Thanksgiving Holiday. There were about 40 of us including 3 generations and number of children. The place was perfect and we could not have had a better experience. The layout was great with bedrooms on 3 floors so we could have the "late-nighters" sleep downstairs with the bar and games and the balance spread out on the two upper floors, plenty of room for all of us to sleep. A few Aero-beds and we were fine. The house was large enough that we never felt cramped and the large deck with a view of the private pond was relaxing and made the house seem that much bigger. We took advantage of the new basketball court, fire pit, hot tub, and all the indoor games as well. We had 9 families and every single one said what a great experience it was. Additionally Victor was a pleasure to deal with and was responsive to all questions and even a last minute request on Thanksgiving morning. The only negatives I would say were this. The kitchen could probably have used a larger stove/oven especially when trying to cook for such a large group. Secondly their was only one refrigerator in the house (there was small one downstairs also) but it did not fit much. It wasn't that big of an issue for us since it was cold outside and we could leave the beverages outside to stay cold, but would imagine going through a lot of ice in the summer chilling stuff in coolers... All in all a great time had by everyone!!!

The home was amazing. Plenty of room to accommodate our large group. They layout was perfect. The House was immaculate when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this home and we will be booking again in the future!

The house was beautiful and spotless. The property manager was very helpful since we had to contact her twice. The only disappointment was the hot tub. We did speak with the property manager, however the situation was not resolved and we did do without the hot tub. Still we had a great time. But much to our sadness the temperature never rose about 92. This was a big disappointment since it was one of benefits of the house.

We hosted our company's annual retreat at this home over the weekend and everyone was blown away by both the beauty of the location as well as the surrounding area. Perfect for our group of 19, everyone was comfortable in their sleeping arrangements, with the number of available restrooms and with the available general seating area. Victor was a great help in recommending a local caterer, who was brought in for our Saturday dinner, and they were incredibly impressive and professional -- plus the food was delicious! We would highly recommend renting this location for larger groups, beyond just get-togethers with family and friends.

The cabin is well laid out, great for large groups. A few things didn't work, but overall it was acceptable. The one thing we didn't like was the cameras all over the place.

We decided to have our annual company retreat in The Poconos this year after suggestions from teammates who are from PA. In previous years, we went to Southampton and Upstate NY, but wanted to do something different this year. After looking at 20+ places, we decided on this gem and we were so glad we did. Everything was great! If I had to be critical, there were 2 things that were a bit of a challenge: 1) the air conditioning unit in the loft area was leaking (we placed a pot and some paper towels on the floor to catch the water) and 2) some of the rooms were not as described in the descriptions (we thought there were more 1 double + 1 twin rooms, so we had to get creative with where people slept). However, everything else was amazing and I would highly recommend this cabin. The decor was modern and the facility was clean. We had no problem with space for a group of 27. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone with a large group who is looking for a spot in The Poconos.

I was amazed by how nice this property was! I planned a retreat for my whole sorority and the house was more than big enough to fit all of us! The house was spacious enough for everyone to feel like they had their own space. The house was also beautiful and immaculate. People keep coming up to me now that we are back at school to tell me how cool the retreat looked especially how great our house was! Can't wait for next year!

We had planned a family reunion weekend at the cabin and it was amazing! The view was incredible, the location was incredibly convenient for everyone traveling, and the memories made there will last a lifetime! Highly recommended!

Very well maintained property with lots of amenities and activities. Worked really well for a corporate leadership retreat.

Nice, but had some issues. Given the cost, expect all features to be functional. Dishwasher did not clean. Hot tub had to be drained midweek taking a full 24 hours to resume set temperature. Lower level air conditioner leaked and has to be turned off. Mattresses are overly firm from being new. Again, not the end of the world, but certainly nuisances that lessened our stay.

Great property, great location. Victor was extremely helpful with any questions and offered tons of recommendations for things to do. Very satisfied!

Our whole extended family had a wonderful time at this gorgeous and spacious property! There are many beautiful parks and activities within a short driving distance of the house. One day it rained and we didn't even leave the property, but still had a great time. We watched a movie in the well designed and comfortable theater room, had fun in the game room downstairs and relaxed in the hot tub on the deck. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to visit again!!

We had a ball.

We planned a family gathering (from Alabama) in the Poconos for 22 people (everyone else came from a much shorter distance). Vic was super easy to work with - which is critical when you are planning from such a distance. The home was just what we needed - plenty of community space, enough beds, plenty of bath space, beautiful pond, and I think they trained the deer to come visit us daily! We didn't make a lot of trips out and about because the week was intended to catch up, but Vic gave us some really great ideas to start our planning. We were not far from the bike paths, paint ball and rafting areas we used. The fire ring outside got used most nights. It really was a wonderful location and space for our family.

Enjoyed staying for the big birthday celebration. Easily accommodated 30 people including adults, kids, and teens. House is well furnished and spacious. All guests were able to find place to relax. Game room was a big hit with everyone. Outdoor sitting area is large and comfortable. One negative is over chlorinated hot tub. Would not recommend using it.

New and very clean place. A lot of rooms and space. Enjoyed the game room and loved the home theater. Enjoyed the fire pit and outside area. Only issue was that the bbq grill was very dirty and internet hardly worked. But that didnt matter much. Managed to shine and the grill and used cell phones for internet access. Overall great place would definitely visit again.

We rented out this castle for an extended weekend with 19 friends. It was great because it had plenty of bathrooms, and beds. While planning this trip we wanted a place that would keep us entertained had the weather not cooperated. The shuffleboard, foosball table, pool table, multiple large screen Tvs, and the home theater on the first level would have been more than enough to keep us busy in the event of bad weather. Turned out that we had great weather and on Friday we played a round of golf at Mt. Laurel course, which was about 10 mins from the house. Saturday we went white water rafting which was also about 10 mins from the house. Saturday night we went to Mohegan sun. We scheduled all of the activities in advance which I would recommend. If you have take a trip to the casino, plan your transportation in advance since we had no luck with Uber or Taxi service while we were there. Victor was great to deal with. Very responsive and courteous. The itenerary he sent after booking gives a plethora of information from different activities to do, to catering, to transportations. If youre looking for a place to hold your event, this is it. I would certainly recommend this property and we are thinking about booking a trip every summer. More than happy with the property and owner. Won't find anything else like it!

Spent the weekend with 12 people here, all I can say is WOW!!!! The house is massive, easily sleeps more than double the amount of my group. Plenty to do between the game room and fire pit, the kitchen is huge, perfect for cooking a large meal and gathering. Furniture and appliances are all brand new, everything throughout the house including all linens were clean and washed. Very easy access to main roads, and close to all the casinos, waterparks, and Delaware River. Highly recommend this rental, Victor is very attentive and wonderful to deal with!

Had a weekend get away with 26 friends and the place was exactly as advertised. All guests were super impressed with the place and the price. Would definitely recommend and may book again in the future.

I can't write enough about how much I enjoyed this log cabin. I stayed here for three days with nine adults six teens and 10 children for Spring break (26 people). There was plenty of space left over, and loads of room to stretch out. The eating areas were plentiful. There was never a time when we ran out of seating space - or bathrooms! The cabin is comfortable and cozy - the rooms are very nice and the linens are exceptional! It has a modern cabin feel. It's everything you need for a home away from home. I found a local Family Dollar, and supermarket, just a short distance away - very convenient! The jacuzzi was very spacious and fit the teenagers nicely. It even has lighting in it for the evenings which was a nice touch. We sat by the fire pit and roasted marshmallows at night which was a huge hit! The movie theatre and gameroom kept us entertained for hours. There really was no need to leave the cabin at all! There was plenty to do inside and outside. The pictures online do this place no justice. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. He even has a maintenance person nearby who will come over to assist if need be. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group - we are already deciding when we want to come back!

This is truly a beautiful, brand new, very clean home which is perfect for large groups. The property manager was very responsive to the few maintenance issues that we had and even credited us back a little bit due to the inconvenience. I guess that is to be expected with brand new homes! Either way we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and would rent here again. Everything in the house was done very nicely and all of the amenities make it ideal for large groups.

We rented this home for a large cousins/friends reunion. We were a group of all ages. The space was incredible. The 10 couples each had their own comfortable bedroom, and the kids spread out in the loft, or the single beds in their parent's rooms. The kitchen was huge, and well equipped. There was so much to do, and we had a blast playing pool, foosball, and loved the shuffleboard table. We were only 20 minutes from the ski mountain, and the kids definitely got their time on the slopes. Most of the adults chose to stay back and enjoy the house! We were the very first large group in this brand new home, so there were a few kinks that had to be worked out, but the management very promptly came and addressed all issues. We are already excited about going back next year!

Words cannot describe the experience we had at this cabin! My friends and I were looking for a last minute for a Superbowl getaway weekend. I called and spoke with Vic and he was so nice and he answered all my questions. (I think I asked about 30 questions)! The experience we had in the cabin was indescribable. There were so many things to do there that we didn't even have to leave the cabin! Not to mention the house was on 50 private acres so we didn't have to worry about making too much noise! The cabin was very spacious and with 20 of us there, you would think we would be on top of each other, but it was completely the opposite! The best part of the weekend was watching the Superbowl in the movie theater room! It was like we were actually there! Vic was also helpful throughout the entire weekend as well. I highly reccommend this cabin and will be back next year!
